Your role?
- You are the first point of contact for our customers and help them with ICT problems in
Dutch and French.
- You solve 1st line issues independently and ensure that everything works quickly and efficiently.
- You communicate clearly and professionally with customers, so that they feel well served.
- You analyze recurring problems and look for structural solutions.
- You document smart solutions so that our entire team becomes even better.
- You work together with our 2nd and 3rd line engineers to develop your skills at lightning speed.
What you have in the house
- IT-minded - You are passionate about technology and want to continuously improve yourself.
- Problem solver - You don't think in problems, but in solutions.
- Strong communication skills - You know how to explain technical issues to customers in simple terms.
- Learn & grow - You want to prove yourself and grow quickly to a higher level.
- Knowledge of IT - At least two years of experience with Windows, Microsoft 365 and networks.
- You speak and write Dutch and French fluently.
