To further strengthen our commercial strength, we are looking for an Inside Sales Employee who gets energy from contact with customers, sees new opportunities and breathes service.
Your role
As an Inside Sales Associate, you are the first point of contact for (potential) customers. You play a crucial role in the growth of Teamtel by:
1. Prospecting for new customers
- You actively contact companies in our target market (SMEs 10-100 employees).
- You introduce Teamtel , pique their interest and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- You will work with marketing to further follow up and convert leads.
2. Account management with existing customers
- You proactively liaise with customers to measure satisfaction.
- You spot commercial opportunities for up- and cross-selling (additional licenses, new services...).
- You will ensure that customers make maximum use of our services.
3. Taking orders
- You handle incoming orders or changes in a correct and customer-oriented manner.
- You coordinate internally with operations to ensure smooth follow-up.
4. Qualification of inbound leads
- You contact interested parties quickly and professionally.
- You ask targeted questions to understand the need and determine if the lead is a fit.
- You provide a warm transfer to the appropriate colleagues or schedule an appointment yourself.
Your profile
- You have experience in a commercial inside sales, inside sales or customer service.
- You are communicatively strong, think customer-focused and love results.
- You work in a structured manner, independently and switch between tasks smoothly.
- Interest in IT or telecom is a plus, but not a must.
