Who are we looking for?
Are you a techie who not only solves problems, but really helps customers move forward? Do you like variety and want to make an impact on-site at customer sites? At Teamtel we are looking for a Field Engineer who enjoys being on the road, working independently and configuring systems.
Your role?
- You solve complex ICT issues and make systems work as they should.
- You visit customers and are their trusted ICT expert on site.
- You implement and configure new ICT solutions and network infrastructures.
- You install and maintain telecom solutions, including VoIP systems and Internet connections.
- You proactively think about improvements and make processes more efficient.
What you have in the house
- Hunger for knowledge: You want to grow and keep getting better at your job.
- Tech-skills: Experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking (VPN, firewall, routing), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and Telecom.
- A hands-on mentality: You see work, pick it up and solve it.
- Strong communication skills: You know how to put customers at ease and convince them of the best solutions.
- Driving license B: You enjoy being on the road and helping customers.
