Who are we looking for? 

We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to identify new growth opportunities and actively expand our customer base.

What will you do?

  • You will develop a strategic business development plan to tap into new market segments and customer groups.
  • You identify and approach potential customers through prospecting.
  • You will work closely with marketing to optimize inbound and outbound campaigns.
  • You will conduct client interviews, negotiate and close deals independently.
  • You monitor market trends and translate them into new business opportunities for Teamtel.

Your profile:

  • You have extensive experience in sales or business development, ideally within IT, telecom or technology.
  • You have strong strategic insight and are results-oriented.
  • You have excellent communication skills and build relationships easily.
  • You are entrepreneurial, proactive and can work independently.
  • You are ambitious and want to actively contribute to the growth of our company.
