Help desk/installer employee

Job Description

  • 1st line support (by phone and email)
  • Installations of new environments
  • Modifications/expansions of existing environments.
  • Recurring maintenance work on existing environments
  • Troubleshooting problems reported by customer
  • Emergency interventions to remedy incidents

Profile

  • You possess a passion for IT!
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft OS, VMWare, Active Directory, Exchange, SAN/NAS, Network Protocols (TCP, VLAN, QOS), Firewalls and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Preferably you hold a bachelor's degree or have relevant experience.
  • In addition to Dutch, you also speak French and/or English.
  • To travel to customers you will possess a driver's license B.
