- 1st line support (by phone and email)
- Installations of new environments
- Modifications/expansions of existing environments.
- Recurring maintenance work on existing environments
- Troubleshooting problems reported by customer
- Emergency interventions to remedy incidents
Profile
- You possess a passion for IT!
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft OS, VMWare, Active Directory, Exchange, SAN/NAS, Network Protocols (TCP, VLAN, QOS), Firewalls and Microsoft Office 365.
- Preferably you hold a bachelor's degree or have relevant experience.
- In addition to Dutch, you also speak French and/or English.
- To travel to customers you will possess a driver's license B.
