Our biggest challenge was that with five branches, we had to get everything on the same page. Email, Internet and telephony all had to be integrated into one communication platform. In addition, we work in a very sensitive sector - banking and insurance - so security is an absolute priority. All customer data had to be managed in a highly secure environment.
Teamtel guided us in setting up a uniform, secure and efficient IT environment. As a result, all of our branches now have the same systems and communication is streamlined. For us, this means that we can focus on our customers without worrying about IT issues.
