Armonea is a care group operating residential care centers, service flats and residences for seniors. In total, they have about 85 sites and Armonea is one of the largest private players on the Belgian market.
Teamtel is Armonea's telecom partner and manages the 3CX PBXs. Below you can read the Q&A with IT project manager Tom from Armonea.
We have been working with Teamtel for quite some time. Armonea manages multiple sites with different infrastructures. Thanks to Teamtel , we have been able to roll out a uniform 3CX telephony solution at a number of sites, which makes support much easier and relieves our service desk. For new projects or replacing unsupported telephony platforms, Teamtel advises and guides us from concept to full implementation.
We find that Teamtel tackles projects quickly and in a structured manner. For example, the general upgrade of our local 3CX exchanges went without any impact on our sites and we did not have to call on our own resources.
Reliability can be pushed forward here, though. To date, I have not run into a situation where Teamtel could not provide a solution. Whether it is for advice rof a technical problem on one of our sites: there is always a quick and effective response. That gives confidence in the cooperation.
I would describe Teamtel as a proactive and solution-oriented Telecom partner that actively thinks along and can provide sustainable support.
Of course, this depends on the specific needs of that company. If a company is looking for a partner that can offer complete ICT services, not just telephony, for a correct budget, Teamtel is definitely worth considering as a partner.
