VoIP phone numbers

Many customers wonder about their phone numbers when switching to VoIP telephony. Can customers still reach me on my familiar phone numbers? Can I request new fixed telephone numbers?

Your phone number is one of the most important parts of your telephony. This is the number where customers can reach you and you yourself can dial out.

In this article, discover the possibilities of your landline phone numbers via VoIP.

VoIP: Fixed number request

With VoIP, you make calls through a landline phone number. Both incoming and outgoing calls are made through a landline phone number. Fixed telephone numbers differ by region. For example, a number from Ghent starts with 09 and a number from Antwerp starts with 03.

Teamtel provides regional fixed telephone numbers to enterprises. We stock phone numbers for every region in Belgium and the EU.

You can request either single, 10 or 100 number ranges. With a 10 number series, for example, you have 10 consecutive phone numbers. Useful if you want to give everyone in your company their own phone number.

VoIP: number portability

If you switch to VoIP telephony, we can simply take over your current phone numbers. We then take these over from your current telecom partner.

You don't have to arrange anything yourself for this. We arrange the number transfer on your behalf. So you can continue to be reached on your familiar landline numbers.

VoIP: 0800 phone numbers

Would you like to work with a 0800 number? We can help you with this as well.
