That's why our 3CX PBX has launched a new update that makes our customers' lives just a little bit easier. With the new update, you can now easily make and receive calls from your web browser, without actually having the browser open.
This new feature allows you to make and receive calls easily from any screen. The calls will appear as a pop-up on your screen, so you won't be redirected to a new tab each time.
The new 3CX Google Chrome extension adds a fully functional VoIP telephony solution in the browser. It allows users to manage calls without leaving the window they are working on.
Previously, the web page or softphone had to be active at all times while making a call, but that is no longer necessary. This gives additional flexibility in your work: you can simply make calls from the screen you are currently working in.
Calls come in as pop-ups even when the browser is clicked away for a moment or completely closed. The built-in Click to Call feature lets you dial numbers directly from the browser or CRM.
