Willebroek, Oct. 21, 2025 - IT service provider AXI Group announces the acquisition of Teamtel, a Belgian IT and telecom specialist headquartered in Zaventem. Teamtel was founded in 2017 and has 15 employees. With this acquisition, AXI strengthens its position in the SME market in Brussels and Flemish Brabant and further expands its expertise in ICT managed services and cloud telephony.
AXI sees in Teamtel a strong and mature player with a wide range of expertise and IT services, including VoIP telephony (3CX partner), internet connectivity, managed Wi-Fi, Microsoft 365 and cyber security. The acquisition strengthens AXI's position in the SME segment and expands its regional presence. For Teamtel , joining AXI represents an important next step in the further development of the company, with access to a broader technology portfolio and additional expertise.
